Six Nations Public Library has an extensive indigenous collection. We have a native non-fiction section on the main floor, a children’s indigenous native section, Six Nations content section, and an indigenous fiction section. Any books with an indigenous theme are also labelled on the spine of the book with a feather symbol.

The library also has a reference and archive collection available by appointment. These collections include language dictionaries, books, audio and learning material.

SNPL subscribes to several E-Resources thanks to both the Six Nations Community Development Trust and an Ontario Ministry of Tourism and Culture’s provincial investment in public libraries of $15 Million.
